Dialogue sessions

GELIJKSPEL facilitates an open conversation: how do we want to engage with each other at work? In our interactive dialogue sessions, we address sensitive topics in a light-hearted and positive manner. Using refreshing working methods, we open a judgment-free conversation about dynamics at work and curiously explore how it can be improved. During the session, participants experience and feel what is needed for them and collectively arrive at new rules of conduct. Ultimately, to enhance job satisfaction for everyone.

Goals: awareness, increasing discussability, inviting reflection, practising stepping into others' perspectives, practising alignment

For whom: teams, leaders, and groups of employees 

What: from 90 minutes, 2 to 3 EQUALITY GAME facilitators, 10–35 participants

GELIJKSPEL facilitates an open conversation: how do we want to interact positively with each other at work? In our interactive dialogue sessions, we discuss sensitive topics in a light-hearted and positive manner. Using refreshing formats, we open a non-judgmental conversation about dynamics at work and curiously explore how it can improve. During the session, participants experience and feel what is necessary for them and collectively establish new ground rules for behaviour. Ultimately, to enhance job satisfaction for everyone.

Goals: awareness, increasing discussability, inviting reflection, practising putting oneself in another's perspective, practising alignment

For whom: teams, managers, and groups of employees 

What: from 90 minutes, 2 to 3 GELIJKSPEL facilitators, 10–35 participants

Sensitive conversation skills

How do you, as a manager, handle a report? How do you respond appropriately? And what are the next steps you can take? This session is focused on sensitive conversation techniques. Tools will be provided, and there will be space to practice having these conversations. 

Goals: create awareness, provide tools for responding appropriately to reports, practice having sensitive conversations 

For whom: managers

What: from 90 minutes, 2 GELIJKSPEL facilitators, 5-35 participants 

How do you, as a manager, handle a report? How do you respond in an appropriate manner? And what subsequent steps can you take? This session focuses on sensitive conversation techniques. Tools will be provided, and there will be space to practice conducting these conversations. 

Goals: create awareness, provide tools for appropriate responses to reports, practice conducting sensitive conversations 

For whom: managers

What: from 90 minutes, 2 EQUAL PLAY facilitators, 5-35 participants 

GELIJKSPEL for (young) leaders

What if something happens in your team that is not in line with the code of conduct? Or if you pick up signals that you cannot ignore? In this workshop, we will work with managers on their formal and informal role model. We will discuss where their responsibility begins and ends, how to implement policy in practice, and how to deal with difficult situations in the workplace.

Goals: Awareness of the role model, delineating responsibility
becoming familiar with protocols and policies, learning to deal with difficult situations and moments to address

For whom: Formal and informal managers

What: 3 hours, 2 trainers, max. 15 participants

What if something happens in your team that is not in line with the code of conduct? Or if you pick up signals that you cannot ignore? We will discuss where their responsibilities begin and end, how to implement policy in practice, and how to deal with difficult situations in the workplace.

Event with GELIJKSPEL follow-up discussion

Art & culture provide a powerful opening; they evoke emotions and open new perspectives. This creates space to explore themes that can sometimes be difficult to discuss in an accessible manner. Together with cultural creators, we organise tailored events. Our network of partners includes theatre makers, (experiential) experts, and artists. GELIJKSPEL facilitates the follow-up discussion and ensures depth, connection, and concrete insights that you can take into practice. In this way, we set your organisation in motion through art AND dialogue: for GELIJKSPEL at work.

Goals: inspire, broaden perspectives, raise awareness,   get participants moving

GELIJKSPEL in policy

Our tool scans the current policy on social safety and provides insight into where your organization stands. Based on that, we develop suitable policy. Step by step, we formulate workable policy using the GELIJKSPEL-PLAN. An approach for effective policy that aligns with the daily reality of the organization. The GELIJKSPEL coaches take the work off your hands, from start to finish, and guide the implementation precisely where it is needed. This way, you don't have to spend months on something you don't know whether it works; we do it for you and ensure that it works.

Do you also want GELIJKSPEL within your organisation? But are you not sure where to start? Then we begin with a warm-up: a needs analysis, 3 to 4 confidential conversations, and a current situational sketch. Based on that, the dynamics become visible and the sensitive themes are made clear.
